Key Stage 1

In this programme you have a choice of two events: The Great Fire of London or The GunPowder Plot. 

Children will use their history knowledge and learning of these events to retell the story of what happened. Learning how to to change the dynamics of their movements, the importance of gesturing and facial expressions to add depth and narrative to their routine. 

Through this programmes children will deepen their understanding of these historic events, which will embed the learning further through a fun and unique way.

Recommended - Full Day  

In this programme children will draw upon their science lessons, by using a plants life cycle to create an intricate routine. They will use images of a variety of plants as a stimulus for their movement. 

This programmes will help to embed learning from Science and create cross-curricular links for children who find classroom learning difficult. 

Recommended - Full Day or Rolling

In this programme the children will learn dance terminology and basic choreographical devices. As well as how to work independently and in groups to bring the seasons to life through movement, inspired by the music created by Antonio Vivaldi - The Four Seasons.

Recommend - Full Day 

Gymnastics 

In this programme children will work with props like scarfs and balls to create a magical cosmos. They will learn how to create movement around stimulus and how to use props to create a story and implemement different dynamics within their movement.

Recommended - Half or Full Day

During this programme children will work in groups to convey a toy from the past or present. They will have to think about their speed and dynamic of their movements and use choreographical devices such as canon, unsion, repition and reversal to present the qualities of each toy. 

Recommend - Full-Day

Musicals are great fun and roll dancing and acting into one. The songs are so dynamic, your children will love learning musical routines.

You can choose from a variety of musical themes from stage and screen; 

The Lion King, Aladdin, Frozen 1 & 2, Matlida , Mamma Mia, Cats, Wicked, Beauty and the Beast , Hairspray, Moana, The Greatest Showman, Encanto ... Just to list a few!
