dancED focuses on dance only, unlike other sporting companies, who do not specialise so specifically. Therefore, dancED can offer higher quality teaching and expertise over other companies who are not specifically dance trained - if at all!

Furthermore, dancED is owned and delivered by a fully qualified primary school teacher, who holds a Upper Class BA Hons degree in Dance. In addition, dancED is up to date with all safeguarding, child protection and prevent procedures as well as, continually developing teaching practises and program development through CPD opportunities.

dancED takes teaching and learning very seriously and understands that every moment of time in school is precious. Therefore, dancED will always research your behaviour policy before arriving (to ensure consistency and engagement during the programme), as well as providing all equipment (including own sound system and mic) and resources needed for the lesson (excluding mats/ big equipment). dancED has it's own insurance policy and DBS checks.

Depending on which programmes you chose to book, dancED will be able to offer assessment data and feedback, so you have evidence of what has been taught and individual child attainment, which could be useful for any deep dives in PE, Pupil Premium evidence or for an OFSTED inspection.
